My background
Trained in France and abroad, I bring a dual culture that lets me understand your projects as a whole, beyond borders. After more than three years spent structuring investment funds, I now advise directors, entrepreneurs and online retailers in business law, contract law and digital law - from structuring their company to their fundraising rounds, including the negotiation of their commercial contracts and bringing their online activity into compliance (DGCCRF, DSA, GDPR).
